I bought a cooker hood, which came with the kitchen I had fitted. I gave the kitchen supplier the authority to order the hood, back plate at his discretion. Patently he had dealt with this company before.

However, the carbon filters that are required for the re-circulation mode are not supplied. I am still having difficulty obtaining the filters.

I have contacted the company and await their reply.

I would say, however, that this company does seem to go around in circles and goes under different guises. There is very little information about the company. Personally, had I chosen my own cooker hood, it would have been a recognised branded one, which I could have bought for less than I paid for this unbranded, probably defuct ite.

Very disappointed and I would not recommend dealing with this company.

If i could give zero stars, i would! Please don't waste your time and money buying from this company! Customer service and after sales are non-existent. Once you've received your item, they do not want to know. I bought a wine cooler which arrived with a damaged door. It's also under warranty, yet my appliances are not willing to help at all and have been very rude throughout the whole process. I am now stuck with a damaged product that i paid good money for. AVOID!

Purchased a budget oven 2 months ago for daughter. On Sunday the internal glass broke whilst cooking dinner (never seen internal glass break before).Customer service wanted a photo and then said it had been damaged ( how can they see that on a photo) but goodwill will send a replacement door. This has a 2 year parts and labour guarantee but did not send anybody to install it. Very poor service considering the guarantee they advertise with it.
